Tom Drybrough has over 40 years of business experience, and over 30 years of professional flight experience.  He has spent thousands of hours flying on the Canadian West Coast as a float pilot and instructor, bush pilot and instructor, chief pilot, and also holds a Canadian Commercial Helicopter License.

Tom has trained hundreds of Canadian and international pilots.  Many of his past students are now working for major airlines and seaplane companies.  Tom regularly receives new corporate and private clients, and regularly provides skills update training for past students.  Training programs include all aspects of float/sea and bush flying, as well as operational and administrative training, including customer relations, ethics, dock work, dispatch, flight planning, employee relationships, Transport Canada responsibilities and relationships, regulatory compliance, invoicing, maintenance tracking, scheduling and reporting.  The main goal is to have all of his students graduate from their program completely employment-ready.
