Licensed airplane mechanics can attend the pilot training programs and train under professional Canadian airplane mechanics that have years of experience working on amphibious aircrafts.  Maintenance training programs are custom designed to meet the needs of each individual mechanic and the fleet of aircrafts that they work with.
